As their Cherry Hill New Jersey facility commenced with construction renovations there was a need for construction vendors to have shared access to IT and Communications engineering drawings schematics.
We were able to convert 158, 36 x 48 engineering drawings with indexing requirements inclusive within the allotted time of 72 hrs.

Tabernacle Baptist Church sponsors many outreach events, to that end there was a need to compile critical data from all participants.
ADSSolutions, L.L.C. converted three years of event waivers which volume exceeded 5000 images and data extraction inclusive. Their deliverable included required images and an updated data base. The newly created database will enable future events to be organized and audited more efficiently.

Ceccotti & Masten, a Delaware law firm specializing in consumer Chapter 7 & Chapter 13 Bankruptcies, as well as real estate transactions and landlord/tenant matters. The firm required a blow out of paper document conversion to support business continuity initiatives during office relocation and expansion.
BURLINGTON COUNTY NEW JERSEY HEALTH DEPARTMENT
The Burlington County New Jersey Health Department COVID19 response required gathering vast amounts of information from its residence. This was first steps before a vaccine could be administered to its population. ADSSolutions, LLC was contracted to scan and index 20K plus “Vaccination Registration Forms” in order to track individual’s vaccine dosage schedule. Eighty percent of the forms were hand written. ADSSolutions indexing team had to deciphering hand writing characteristics from up to eight different languages. That said we were proud to be of service to our county and its COVID 19 health services department.
